Important: Real estate investment involves risk. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest money you can afford to lose. This document outlines the key risks associated with investing through BrickVest Capital.

Market Risk

Dubai real estate values fluctuate based on economic conditions, supply and demand, regulatory changes, and global market factors. The value of your investment may decrease.

Liquidity Risk

Your invested capital is locked for the duration of each project (typically 12–36 months). There is currently no secondary market, though one is planned for Q3 2026.

Developer Risk

While we partner only with UAE's top 9 RERA-licensed developers, project delays or cancellations are possible. All developer funds are held in RERA-regulated escrow accounts as required by UAE Escrow Law.

Currency Risk

Investments are denominated in USD. If you invest in a non-USD currency, exchange rate fluctuations may affect your actual returns.

Regulatory Risk

Changes in UAE real estate laws, tax regulations, or RERA policies may impact project returns or the platform's operating model.

Platform Risk

As a technology platform, BrickVest Capital faces operational, cybersecurity, and business continuity risks. We maintain insurance and disaster recovery procedures to mitigate these risks.
