1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, nationality), KYC verification documents (passport, proof of address), transaction data, and usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to verify your identity, process investments and withdrawals, communicate account updates, comply with UAE AML/KYC regulations, and improve our platform. We never use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted servers located in the EU (Frankfurt) and UAE (Dubai). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
4. KYC Data Retention
KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by UAE Anti-Money Laundering Law (Federal Law No. 20 of 2018). Other account data is retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We may share data with our KYC provider (Onfido), payment processors, UAE regulatory authorities (RERA, Central Bank of UAE), and auditors. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements and GDPR-equivalent protections.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). Contact privacy@brickvest.com to submit a data request. We will respond within 30 days.
