1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BrickVest Capital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. BrickVest Capital is a registered platform operating under UAE law and RERA regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to invest in your jurisdiction. BrickVest Capital reserves the right to refuse service to residents of restricted jurisdictions. Completing KYC verification is mandatory before any investment.
3. Investment Nature
All investments made through BrickVest Capital are in fractional interests in UAE real estate projects. Investments are illiquid for the duration of each project. ROI figures are projections based on market data and are not contractual guarantees.
4. Fees
BrickVest Capital charges a platform fee of 1% per annum on invested capital, deducted automatically from projected returns. There are no deposit fees. Withdrawal fees vary by payment method and are disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the BrickVest Capital platform are owned by or licensed to BrickVest Capital FZE. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickVest Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any investment made through it.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through DIFC Courts or arbitration as specified in our dispute resolution policy.
8. Changes to Terms
BrickVest Capital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
